Newark Man, 31, Shot And Killed Wednesday

A 31-year-old Newark man was fatally shot in the city Wednesday, the Essex County Prosecutor's Office said.

Anthony Starks was found in a parking lot of a building at 400 Littleton Avenue around 5:30 p.m. He was taken to University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead less than a half-hour later.
